   Service was horrible. Ordered soup first, then appetizers. Appetizers came first and then we had to ask for the soup. Then entrees come to table without previous dishes being cleared and plates were hot and we had to assist server. We asked server to clear the plates first and we were told she is just running the food. And refills for tea and lemonades drinks were not refilled unless asked. Food was still ok. Noodles in the chicken lettuce wraps were raw, some bites was like eating raw spaghetti. We won’t be returning.

   This place needs major help with quality control. We came in for dinner an hour before closing, we asked for still bottle water she said they were all out and only had sparkling so we were forced to get that, than our bowl of egg drop soup comes out barely warm we tell her she says oh ok and takes it back to re heat doesn’t say sorry about that, the rice was cold and hard. I asked for the trio sauces the waitress forgot so I asked another worker dropping the food off she doesn’t bring it than I ask the waitress again she brings it but doesn’t mention they are out of pot sticker sauce and gave me some disgusting sauce that I ended up putting on my food that ruined it. The bill comes she charges for a figi water and sparkling when we never had figi since she said they are out of it. Just horrible food and service.

   Nick was a fabulous waiter and took care of us extremely well. He checked on us frequently and remembered to make our one dish a bit milder. He refilled my teapot and was just charming. Thank you to the chefs and thank you to the staff. We look forward to returning again.

   We were celebrating a birthday and asked for a special table which they provided us but the waitress soon forgot to take our order after she brought out the drinks. We waited a long time to get her attention and place the order. She forgot to put in an order for an appetizer we ordered which resulted in it coming out late. She didn’t refill our drinks until we asked. Food was average. Gluten free items seemed like they had soy. Calorie counts on menu seems low. Overall, a poor experience.

   the staff is great and super friendly, they even put a bday card on the table for me. food was good but seemed cold. it's always loud there, even on a non busy day during the week.

   We went there a little late about 9:40 PM, host gave us a very dirty look and but most of tables were all left with dirty dishes. Host seat us right in the middle of all the dirty tables around us so we just left. Never seen anything like this before.

   Once a unique, exciting and trendy dining experience, this place is now the Applebees of Chinese food. It’s still decent but definitely lacking the fun vibe it used to have. The fact the place was at about 10% capacity at 7PM says a lot of diners agree. There is just nothing unique about it anymore.

   Not bad but P.F. Chang’s used to be special. It has become ordinary IMHO.

    Very good for dinner, but the service was a little slow as our server was also a bartender. If you want to come here for drinks I would recommend it but not really for a dinner date.
