   I couldn’t eat my food because my server was also sweeping the floor and when he delivered my food he put his thumbs in it.

   Even though I had a confirmed reservation on Open Table, they said they do not honor Open Table reservations. Very annoying!

   I have eaten at P. F. Chang's across the Southwest, from California to Texas and in many cities in those states - I have always loved it. We were delighted to discover there was a P.F. Chang's in New Braunfels. We went there for the first time last Sunday and were happy and slightly disappointed at the same time. The appetizers were great - the Hot and Sour Soup was delicious as usual, and the ribs were tasty and fall off the bone tender. However, I was more than a little disappointed at my favorite entree from years past. The Crispy Honey Fried Chicken I ordered was anything but crispy, and the bed of fried noodles the chicken was sitting in sogged out and stuck to the chicken. My husband's favorite entree, Mongolian Beef, turned out to be tough and chewy, a complaint he has never had before. The familiar flavors were there for both dishes, but the execution was severely lacking. Our anticipation of the familiar and expected P.F. Chang's quality fell short. On another note, I love Brussels sprouts and was excited to see them on the menu. I order them whenever they are on a menu so I have eaten Brussels sprouts a lot. Many restaurants have perfected the execution and seasoning, and they are delicious. I am sorry to say the the Brussels sprouts we had at P. F. Chang's were just not good.

   WARNING: Don't make a reservation through OpenTable. It does not connect to the restaurant. At least, this is what the hist told me. I was told there would be a wait when I announced I had a reservation for (xx time). This was odd and not really accommodated for. Twenty-minutes later, we were sat. Food was great, but I kept thinking about my initial arrival at the host stand. I know I sound like a baby, but I never complain about this stuff because life goes on. This is just what I experienced.

   Open Table DOES NOT send their reservations to PF Changs in New Braunfels. We got there and were informed by the host that their reservation system does NOT accept reservations from OT. Luckily for us, the host worked with us and seated us fairly quickly. Our experience with PF Changs was amazing.. however, it should not be an option on OT for reservations if they aren’t accepted at the restaurant.
