After waiting to be seated for a 4pm reservation with no one around, I was seated inside in a dirty booth. I was never asked if I preferred outside nor was my booth cleaned! A very large party with children was seated next to me, which made for chaos. They were happy as they didn’t have a reservation… My food was dropped off at the table and was not hot, but no one checked! The lack of cleaning makes me wonder if anyone at this restaurant remembered Covid! I won’t be back

Awful service. Never even received water, service was non existent. Never asked if we wanted anything else to drink, asked if dessert. Basically left unattended to majority of our dinner. Food was good but portions definitely smaller than usual.

Excellent value for money- we just got the Dumplings and Lettuce Wraps and wine and it was heaps or u add on another dish and it remains great value. Pork Dumplings are to absolutely die for - so good. Kevin our server was a top man and was easy to deal with

We had dinner at PF Chang Waikiki. The food was o.k., but the service was pretty marginal. Slow. Inattentive. We were presented with a bill before being able to order dessert.
