   We made advanced reservations when UTC was booked and drove from UTC to Mission Valley and arrived at the restaurant at 6:13. We went to the hostess and thought we had checked-in, given they said it should be about 15 mins to be seated, for our 6:30 reservation. Instead what the hostess did was confirm our reservation or enter our name. After sitting outside patiently for about 30 mins along with another family of 4 going through this exact same problem. I went inside to find out where we were in line. That is when I got a text at 6:42 saying that we were then checked in and she said it would be 15 mins again. I still waited another 30 mins patiently. Then I went to ask the hostess where we were in line and that’s when the gaslighting began. They said we were 4th in line and I refused to accept that given the wait and that’s when they called the manager and she tried to convince me that the people that had come after me and were seated before me were all reservations as well. Then she tried to convince me that I had made the reservation at 6:12. I drive fast but not that fast. This location was an absolute Sh$t show and you could tell the hostesses had no clue what they were doing. I can accept a difficult night, I can accept you were busy. (Hence why I waited for an hour patiently) But I cannot tolerate being lied to and fed total BS! It is 2024 there are too many electronic paper trails and confirmations to prove your coverup, if your staff screws up, admit it and make it good.

   PF Changs is no longer what it once was. It’s basically no better than chilis anymore. Dirty restrooms, ordered my 15 year old son kids orange chicken cause he wasn’t super hungry but always loves orange chicken, he got the tiniest fried chicken pieces which were just breading, with a little orange sauce for dipping, and way undercooked flavorless broccoli. My apps were great which is sort of why I still go, lettuce wraps and bbq ribs but all in all not great anymore

   Arrived early and was seated right away. Waiter was attentive and kind. Food arrived quickly and tasted great. All in all excellent and highly recommended!

   Food was great, service was lacking. Soup came out without bowls and ladle, dinner plates weren’t given. Had to reuse appetizer plates.

   Not very busy tonight. The food was good as usual. The server Alexis acted like she didn't want to be there. I get it it's the holidays but atleast make an attempted to be nice. Didn't check on the table once. Had to ask other servers for water, additional roll ups. I'd eat here again, with the hopes of not getting her as our server again.

   From the beginning, when i said i had a reservation, they said: oh, you made it on "open table" it sounded like they didn't have my name. Anyway, i had specified we were celebrating an anniversary. They never mentioned it, acknowledged it or anything. The prices are high, food is good but expensive.

    Great meal with my better half for her birthday. They really went above and beyond for the celebration, which may an impact. We don't go to PF Chang's very often, but we always love the meals and service received when we do.
