   The beef pad thai had 3 pieces of beef on it. The shrimp and broccoli had very little sauce on the smallest size shrimp, the shrimp was the size of a quarter. There was no sauce on the undercooked crunchy broccoli. The orange chicken had an off taste. The rest of the food was meh except the shrimp dumplings. The waitress was wonderful! We will not be going back.

   The service was horrible. Right when we walked in, we were greeted and then quickly ignored and left standing at the hostess stand. The main reason I made a reservation through OpenTable was to specifically note that it was my friend‘s birthday. Not only was the message not passed along to the server, I mentioned it again right as we sat down for the server to just ignore it. After we finish dinner, I asked the hostess walking by if they did anything for birthdays, and she said yes. I went on to say oh that’s funny because I mentioned it right when we sat down to the server and he didn’t even acknowledge it. She quickly knew who I was talking about so apparently the server does this very often. After I already paid for the bill and everything she’s like yeah I can bring you out something or take something off your bill… I had already paid for the bill and we were getting ready to leave. What else was there to do? This is probably gonna be the last time I go to this location as I feel like every experience at this location gets worse and worse every time, not to mention two entrées, a side of fried rice and two strawberry lemonades for $77. For that price I’d rather go to panda express.

   Everything was great. Food, Server and ambiance. the biggest problem was the people two tables down from us. the kids were running wild and constantly screaming. I'm not sure how I didn't leave with a headache. I had to ask my wife serval time to repeat herself as I could not hear what she was saying. the only attempt by the parents to control their kids was when they turned a radio on. I spoke to the Manager she told me everyone was complaining. nothing was ever done. not once did someone go and ask them to please calm their kids. Again, great service, food and ambiance. but if there are uncontrolled kids don't expect anyone to talk to them about it.

   Recovering from this cold going around, we had a hankering for PF Changs and visiting with Aimee at the Summerlin location, always does the trick! Aimee is just awesome as a server! Just spot on with everything and so friendly. The food was delish and we were in and out in under an hour. We have all our Oriental friends laugh at us for liking PF Changs, but we think it’s better than anything in Chinatown. Go if you haven’t been!

   We had a lovely experience. The service was excellent! Our server seemed to be helping several other staff members and yet never missed a beat in making sure we were well taken care of. The food was good, the ambiance was nice and we felt the prices were reasonable.

   Everything was great however I believe they were under staffed and at points overwhelmed by the large amount of diners.

    We ate at the Summerlin location and found the overall experience underwhelming. We frequently dine at P.F. Chang's and noticed a considerable decline in the quality of both the food and experience. First, the sauce for the lettuce wraps appetizer was a pinkish sesame-based sauce. Wondering why they changed from the legacy sauce they had for years since it's likely one of their best sellers. The original sauce was changed out recently and the new sauce is not even comparable to what was historically served. The sauce just wasn't working so we requested pot sticker sauce which was much better. We also had the wonton soup. The soup itself was delicious but we were given plastic spoons wrapped in cellophane like you would find at a fast-food restaurant. Really?? Finally, we ordered the banana spring rolls for dessert. Again, we were given plastic cellophane-wrapped spoons. The dessert was served with vanilla ice cream instead of the coconut pineapple ice cream as noted on the menu. We used to enjoy P.F. Chang's but the last couple visits have us rethinking eating there anymore. However, I have to give props to the table staff who were very attentive, prompt, and friendly. Do better.
