   I dined here on Valentine’s Day, and my only complaint is the long wait even after having a reservation. But I guess that is to be expected. The food was great, atmosphere was nice for the occasion, and the drinks were well made! Will definitely visit again (on a less hectic night).

   My husband and I had a reservation for Valentine’s Day. The restaurant did not seem prepared for the influx of patrons for the holiday. Our booth was next to the entrance for take out, unbeknownst to us. We quickly realized that our table would be overwhelmed with DoorDash, Ubereats, and other food delivery/takeout folks who were stacked up against our table. One man sat his bag of takeout in our booth to check it for accuracy. Another man pressed his backside against my husbands shoulder as he leaned upon our booth to wait. It was horrible. These issues were compounded by the kitchen being backed up. The deliver and takeout orders were backed up and those folks were very vocally upset. The restaurant staff were calling out orders to try and get the food into the right hands but this was all occurring loudly right next to us. Horrible ambiance as a result. We were seated quickly, just a few minutes past our reservation time but it took 20 minutes for anyone to approach our table for a drink order. When our kind waiter came to our table, we order everything immediately: Drinks, apps, and dinner. The appetizer was tasty, shrimp roll. Then the wait for our dinner began. It was 75 minutes for our food. Our waiter apologized and asked if we needed drinks, twice during that time. Otherwise, we were left to bat the delivery/takeout people off our booth and listen to them yell and complain about theirs long wait. The manager was dealing with that fiasco several times but never asked them to line up in an orderly fashion (away from our booth) or ask us how we were. When dinner arrived it was hot. My entree, teriyaki chicken was missing the vegetables that were supposed to be in the dish. It was just chicken, some onion and a few pieces of pineapple. Very disappointing but since our waiter didn’t return until my husband was done eating, it wasn’t worth trying to get it remedied. I suspect they ran out of vegetables. Not good.

   First time PF Changs has been a bust for us. My daughter’s kids meal (orange chicken - a new option) came out with the sauce on the side. My six year old dipped a piece of chicken in the sauce and immediately went for her drink. She said it was very spicy. I tasted it and it indeed was. I sifted through it with my fork and saw pepper flakes. I asked the server about it and he said “I didn’t make it hot”. This leads me to believe they somehow have the servers mixing up sauce? I got my dish (Chang’s Spicy Chicken) extra spicy, so I am now wondering if they used the same ladle. The server did not apologize, and didn’t even take the kids meal off the check. Usually, I would escalate the issue to a manager, but we were in a hurry. Not a good experience.

   PF Chang’s has really gone downhill. This might be the last time i’ll be here. My reservation was for a birthday, they never read that part. I specifically requested a place away from the kitchen or bathroom, and that’s where they seated us even tho there’s a lot of empty tables. They said they don’t do the special place settings anymore & yet we passed by one on our way out. The entrees were blander than cardboard, i ordered the spicy chicken. I was supposed to get a free bday dessert, but it was not taken off the bill, nor was there any candle/sparkler. Our server did not even place my phone number so i can get credits for their rewards. No one was answering the phones but they were all talking to each other at the hostess booth. Never again. The Towson location closed so we settled for this. This location should have been the one they need to close.

   Yummy food-a bit messy to eat (only reason i knocked off a star)-but amazing flavor. Drinks were delicious, and the service was great. We enjoyed our dinner.

   Absolutely the last time we will ever go PF Changs White Marsh. The last time we were here was a year ago and we might as well have gone to the kitchen and cooked our own meals and served ourselves, it was that bad. Tonight, (where do I begin?!)…we made a reservation on Open Table and was seated on time, at 7:45pm. There were TONS of open times on Open Table yet we witnessed the young man working the host station turn 3 separate parties of 2-3 that there was an 1.5 hour wait with no reservation, even though we made ours just 10 mins upon arriving. We were seated for TWENTY minutes with no server in sight to serve water or take our order. We walked out, but not before we let the young man at the host stand know we were leaving. He shrugged his shoulders as if he could care less. We are very easy going and never have any complaints when dining out but we will never come here again! The only reason why we came here tonight is because we had a gift card. We threw it in the trash on our way out. PF Changs: hire and train your staff appropriately! No wonder the restaurant was less than half full on a Saturday night.

    Terribly long time to get food out. Even though the restaurant was not so busy. When my daughter’s chicken came out, it was so oily and raw. Veggies were not even cooked. Not worth the wait for uncooked food
