Prime Cuts. Perfect Pasta. Phil’s Steak House (named after hotel owner Phil Ruffin) offers an eclectic menu sure to please everyone at the table. From prime cuts of meat and mouth-watering seafood to classic Italian specialties, Phil’s Italian Steak House’s daily dinner specials are perfection in every bite. Private dining is also available for parties up to 40 people.

Please note that the dress code is semi-formal wear.

Reservations are available for parties of up to 7 guests. If you are unable to make your reservation online, please contact 702-894-7111. For the safety of our guests and staff, we are limiting dining experiences to 105 minutes. We recommend that parties arrive complete.

    FILET MIGNON is to Die for. 1/2 chicken was cooked to perfection. Sides were amazing. Staff was extremely friendly & spot on. 5 stars thru & thru!

    This place was great no fuss no mess but excellent food excellent service love the red velvet booth, not as snobby as some other places, but a lot of bang to the buck underrated in my opinion

    The filet was absolutely wonderful! The monster sweet potato was definitely big. It was great! It was a little loud but otherwise it was great!

    We enjoyed our Valentine's dinner. The oysters were a bit disappointing, but my Caesar was very good. My BW enjoyed her filet and found her side of carrots to be excellent. Her rose was a nice touch.

    Steak and dirty martinis were great tasting. Service was a little slow, but it was Valentine’s Day so they were busy. We had a really nice time.

    We had time for the Cirque de Soleil show to begin so we thought we’d have dinner first, Phil’s steakhouse is very close so we decided to dine there. The food was excellent, very tasty however our child was with us and there wasn’t any kids’ menu so his food choice was limited. Not really child friendly but other than that it was a nice experience.

    We both felt the steak was bad. Yes, bad. And, far, far overpriced!!! We were willing to pay a lot for a good steak and we should have gone elsewhere for one.
