   Great, incredibly fast service from the guys as usual - he reminded my mother that Pho accepts the blue light card, which was such a lovely touch! Many thanks again.

   The food was excellent, as always. Cannot fault the service, especially as the internet had crashed so after our arrival they were unable to continue serving. Also the payment system was down. Thankfully, as we go every week, we’ll pay next Saturday as we had insufficient cash on us. We cannot fault Pho Ealing, which is why we go every week and definitely recommend it. Others we have taken have all been impressed. Thank you Pho.

   Although I had booked a reservation I was asked twice for my name even when I was seated. We had to ask to have our order taken twice. When the food arrived it was nicely presented. Food was nice but service wasn’t great….atmosphere was good. The restaurant was busy that is a sentiment to the food they produce.

   I was very excited to take my friends for diner . I occasionally eat in Pho . Love the food hence I took my 2 friends there for diner . But it was a mistake . Waited for ‘more than 5 minutes to catch attention .Even there were only few tables (8.45 pm Thursday 30 May ) .finally some one came with no smile at all seems we were burden on them . We were shown a table with no information about the menu or no question of allergy etc . We ordered wine . Wine came but no wine glasses which I understand every establishment has their own standards for serving beverages so I cancelled the wine. We ordered starters first and wanted to order mains later . Staters came and we had finished them . But no one came over the table after waiting for another 10 minutes . I had to go to till to place order our mains . Seems like the server wanted to punish us for either cancelling the wine or not giving the mains order at same time . No water on table during the whole time . I felt so embarrassed as I was praising this place so much to my friends. Manager was nice he saw there is some issues so started to pay attention which was nice of him . He removed the service charges which I insisted not to . The server who either had bad day or did not want to serve the customers at all . He was long hair with nose ring . It was such a humiliating experience for all of us . Never again to Ealing Pho

   We had to ask a number of times for water, one of the staff was patronising to my daughter , we asked for starters to come out first, in fact we were offered this and we accepted , but everything came out all at once in less than 10 minutes. We ended up having to eat out cold starters after our hot mains . Too expensive for that level of service, only one decent member of staff we encountered and that was only when paying the bill. This place used to be efficient and consistent . What has happened?
