   Nice restaurant but communication needs work. I emailed ahead of booking as I had a voucher for spring rolls which I asked to swap to summer rolls due to a guest having a gluten allergy. I was told this was fine. I also put on the booking the allergy and the fact that I had a blue light card. On arrival I informed the server again that we had a blue light card and a voucher for spring rolls that we were told could be swapped for summer rolls. Server needed to go talk to other staff to see if this was allowed. They asked us to explain why and it was eventually sorted. So email obviously hadn't been relayed to staff. We did eant to order desserts but after 30 mins of trying to get someones attention i followed a member of staff and just asked for the bill. On receiving the bill there was issues with the swap where they stated we had to be charged for the summer rolls and the spring rolls but they stated they had to comp one to then put the voucher in. This hadn't been done the first time and I was still charged. Second time it was sorted but we were then told we couldn't have the blue light discount. Despite this not being on the terms and conditions of the voucher. I did contact pho previous to this review and was offered 20 percent off visiting Manchester pho. But I already get 20 percent off with my blue light (when they accept it) so was really offering nothing. Shame really as I love the Liverpool pho and often visit. Won't be returning to the Manchester pho.

   We love Pho and eat there quite regularly. Food is always delicious and they are always happy to cook the food without some of the things in the menu. Most of the menu is GF which is also great.

   The food this time was great especially the pho chicken the broth can be too salty sometimes but it was the right balance.

   Just after I finish my main course the waitress came to the table and asked if we have finished and if she can bring the bill I said NO I would like to have a dessert please. Just because the restaurant is maybe overbooked that not means that we need to eat in a rush.

   After a slow start (they were very busy), we asked to move tables because of a draught and the lovely bar staff accommodated us. The spring rolls came out late but they deducted it off the bill. The food, amazing, we had the spicy brisket curry, chicken wok fried noodles and pork spring rolls, definitely recommend

   First time visiting Pho. Food was delicious and service was very good. My daughter knocked over a drink during our meal, and our waitress sorted everything out very quickly, and helped calm down my daughter. It was a very rushed meal, as we had to rush off to the theatre. We'll be back for a more relaxed meal very soon!

    The chicken pho was ok but it was kind of tasteless and like drinking water out of a bowl :(
