   Food was okay (nothing I would have said was amazing though or that particularly stood out, but for Pho it was good enough). Cocktails were pretty standard, even their signature ‘phojito’ was really just a plain mojito with a fancy name… We had to ask for table water 3 times and the third time we had to go up to ask a different waitress to finally get it. When booking online I was asked if it was a special occasion and if there was anything they could do to make it more special, I told them that it was my husband’s birthday and if they could do anything like a sparkler in his cocktail for example that would be great. They didn’t do anything, didn’t even acknowledge it was his birthday by saying ‘happy birthday’. Overall pretty disappointed. Would only go again if we wanted Pho as don’t have another pho place nearby but wouldn’t choose this place for a special occasion again.

   Attentive & welcoming service. Excellent for gluten free. Food & drinks delicious & tasty delivered fairly swiftly. Restaurant was pretty full. Music was too loud so we had difficulty hearing one another and the tables worn- and not in a good way. However the place was ideal for what we wanted - good food reasonable price. We enjoyed seeing the sun going down on Oxford before we went into the restaurant. Thank you Pho.

   Food was good but i did need to add a bit of the sauces to the side for it to be perfect. Great value for the price however and the service was great. Totally recommend!

   We arrived for our booking at 6.15 and the restaurant was already very busy. We were quickly met and seated at our table. Brandon, our server, could not have done more for us and we were a big table of 13. The food was delicious and the service we received from Brandon was exceptional.

    The food was really good. But the service was poor. We asked for a main course salad for two to share as a starter, but despite reminding the staff it didn’t arrive until after the starters were eaten. And then none of the main courses arrived at all. Eventually we reminded the servers that we were still waiting for our meal and following a long discussion with the kitchen staff they were eventually prepared and delivered. We were in the restaurant for over two hours for what should have been a quick meal and received no apology.
