   Really yummy food. Child friendly. Special shout out to our server who was absolutely lovely. Pizza was outstanding.

   Our second visit to Piano, Piano and loving it. The service is fantastic. Really personable and friendly. The food is first class. I had ravioli bolognese one time and mushroom cavatelli the second time. Both really good. Yummy cocktails, especially the espresso martini. Lovely ambiance and a different experience every time. Highly recommend.

   The food was delicious!!!! The drinks were great! We had one drink each and it was strong and watered down. Food came quick even though it was busy. It's a clean and cozy restaurant.

   Have been prior and was an outstanding experience. Yesterday however, was different. Service was not very attentive and our meals took nearly an hour to arrive! We did enjoy our meals but when our dessert menus were handed to us, we were told to choose quickly because we had to leave our table for the next guest coming in 20 minutes. We all decided that dessert wasn't going to happen here with this type of service and found a great spot for dessert down the street. Perhaps they were too overbooked last night as it seems there were many events happening around the restaurant but it's no excuse for slow service and to be rushed out. Many other great Oakville spots to discover.

   Piano piano, beautiful establishment. When you walk in, you think you’re about to have a great time. The challenges is, it will take a very long time for you to get your first glass of water. When you order your drinks your server will forget about you. The food will be OK. You probably are like “why didn’t you tell your waiter this in person?”. It was mainly because no one checked in until it’s was time for the bill. Better service at Red Lobster.

   We had a retirement dinner with a small group. The wait staff recommended the “family dining”. The food was ample and delicious. By the time the mains came out we were rather full. It’s a very good options for a large group for sure with lots of variety. The pastas were well cooked with great sauces, meats cooked to perfection. The wine list is very good and wine service was also very good. Our spot was not the best however the reservation was made only a couple of days before. There is a charge to book a reservation, and $25 if you want to pick a seat. Restaurant was busy for a Monday, great to see people dining out given current climate. This is good to see for the FS industry over all! Highly recommend the rosemary infused Negroni, the flavour is complex and satisfying! Amarone held up to the flavours of the mains. Thanks for a great evening.
