   From beginning to the end Irene was a great waitress and made our dining experience 10/10. The food was delicious and would 100% go again.

   Booked a table for 2pm to celebrate my wife’s birthday & Mother’s Day with my daughter. After presenting ourselves at reception we waited 20 mins before challenging staff as to why we had to wait so long to be shown to our table. We waited a further 10 mins before being shown to our table. Once seated we waited a further 20 mins, during which time we were not even acknowledged by any of the waiting staff. After complaining about yet another delay a member of staff took our order. Only once we placed our order were we told that some items we had ordered were not available, resulting in a further delay in placing our order. When the starters arrived my wife’s was cold and we had to request a replacement. Onto the mains, my daughter did not get everything she had ordered and my wife’s pizza, which was requested without basil, came wit basil on it. After further complaining again, the missing element of my daughter’s mains was brought to our table along with my wife’s replacement pizza, minus basil. However, the replacement pizza came unsliced, leaving my wife to have to do it with a knife & fork. We were offered complimentary cocktails, however when the bill arrived there was a charge for cocktails on it. After another complaint they were removed from the bill. All in all what should have been a celebration of my wife’s birthday and Mother’s Day turned out to be a disastrous and disappointing visit. The staff simply seemed unable to get anything right and we could hear other customers around us complaining about various issues. Spoiled what was otherwise a very good day of celebration.

   Very nice meal and very professional, attentive staff. Doesn’t really have the ambiance of an Italian restaurant that I expected but definitely a buzzing venue in a nice location.

   “We ordered three lobster pasta dishes, but one was not fresh. Unfortunately, the server brought this one last and served it to our child. Very disappointed with the quality control and service.”

   Although we had to wait for our booked table the service was great , we had a drink while we waited it was obvious that my ginger bear was out of date and didn’t taste how it should, this was quickly changed however brochette as starter for £10 was way over priced for small bread with tomatoes. But overall the food was a ten and we ate everything
