   I specifically made reservations to make sure we would have a good meal to eat after fantasy of lights at Callaway. I figured we couldn’t go wrong with an on property venue. I was mistaken. Regardless of a reservation, we still had to wait for a while and they were letting lots of others in without reservation, even though they were at capacity. Our area only had one waitress for at least seven tables of parties of five and more. We were never seen and ended up leaving without anything to eat. Quite the disappointment for such a pricey resort.

   The prime rib was excellent! Service was top notch. The atmosphere was very cafeteria-like, though—too bright and loud for a special occasion dinner.

   I've eaten at a lot of restaurants with the price point this place and it's honestly an embarrassment. The food was on the bland side, the extra 6 dollars I paid for "creamy" polenta was served to me as dry as the Sahara and bland. Me and my wife will not be back.

   Food is great, and our server was fantastic. However they were severely understaffed which led to long wait for food. Need to staff better for holiday season.

   The pictures on the website give the feeling of a high end restaurant...it wasn't...it was more like an overpriced Ryan's...I was highly disappointed but our waitress was very attentive so that helped.

    The scenery and the setup of the dining room didn’t match the food. Food was sub par. I got the buffet and it was like eating at KFC or eating store bought food that was barely heated up. My spouse got something off the menu which took an hour to get which was strange since it wasn’t busy. Our service was was okay. Waitress only did a table touch once the whole time we were there. It is overpriced for the sub par food that is offered.
