Somehow the restaurant didn't have our Open Table reservation(?), but fortunately we were still able to be seated on the patio as requested. The food was quite good, and the servers were very helpful and friendly. Pier 22 is one of our go-to favorites (I'll just need to double-check the reservation next time;)!

You can tell that this restaurant is professionally run. There was plenty of waitstaff who all appeared to be working diligently. We were greeted promptly by a friendly host staff, and again by our congenial server. Each course arrived in a timely manner. The dishes, which we ordered, while not spectacular, were tasty, fresh, and hot. The dining room is well appointed with tablecloths, which adds to an upscale feeling. However, whatever kind of lightbulbs they use in their recessed lighting create a ghostly white aura and is unflattering. Perhaps if they were a little bit dimmer, and there were candles on the tables, it would give it a more romantic touch. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place as I felt they hit all the marks with food, service and atmosphere in a more than adequate way.

Pier 22 made my husbands birthday lunch extra special, from the handwritten note awaiting him on the table, to great service, excellent food, lovely views and overall a totally enjoyable restaurant and setting. Thank you, Pier 22! We will be back!

While my server for my meal was excellent, the young women at the front desk were rude and seemed to not know how to treat a new customer. The person who seated me was very inconsiderate. The business should re-evaluate who they hire to seat their clients.
