We had a fantastic time at Pierchic. We dined during the Dubai restaurant week and availed of the offer. The food was great, the music was fabulous, and we loved the view. Staff were friendly and very attentive. Will definitely recommend and take visitors here in the future.

I felt rushed during the whole time we spent there with my friend. When we got our appetisers the waitress didn't even ask which one is for who. She just placed it in front of us, not for who it ordered them. The waiter took our bread basket without asking even tho it was not empty. We got the bill without asking after they took everything from our table and so on... For such a chic place I was expecting better customer service.

Pier chic is the most beautiful venue, 7* a perfect lunch spot in terms of setting. However, I regret to say the service was extremely poor which is so unlike Dubai!! Especially Jumeirah, usually they offer top service. I wondered was it just towards our table (4 females) but looking around it seemed consistent. Restaurant wasnt at capacity, waiter showed no interest, no smiles, just very arrogant and aloof. Waited 15 mins for a glass of wine to arrive, when we followed up we were just snapped at. I had the liver to start which was amazing, pasta for main very average. Still highly recommended for the setting but really fails to uphold the wonderful service that dubai usually prides itself in hospitality.

Horrible experience WRONG address mentioned on the OpenTable app Restaurant reservation unable to confirm our reservation done via OpenTable One of the rudest wait staff that I have ever come across Very limited choice in the lunch menu offered Portion sizes were disappointing and the restaurant neither seemed prepared nor willing to let the guest enjoy the restaurant week Highly unlikely that I will ever visit them again Nothing done for our ANNIVERSARY though it was clearly mentioned on OpenTable at the time of booking

The Ambiance and location is great but Staff are not approachable.. Food was okay and we mention that its our anniversary. We just want to dine and experience the food and service in pierchic.
