   Lots of options on the menu. Lots of reasons to go back. Very professional server with good suggestions. Attentive, but not hovering. Many Asian dishes to choose from and some North American favorites.

   Good assortment of seafood and steaks entrees custom built by chefs. Great service. Really neat place to go when you're looking for something different than the big box restaurants.

   This was the first visit for a friend of mine and I. We started with a glass of Pinot Noir and the lavash and both were great. For the main course I chose the steak and frites and my friend had the Teriyaki Bowl. The steak was tender and well seasoned. We chose the bread pudding and unfortunately that was a miss. It was dry and lacked flavor. It was essentially a bread muffin. Overall the experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend trying Pine and Black!

   Great service, prices and ambience. The burger was phenomenal and was served hot and fresh, but unfortunately, it seemed as though the shrimp appetizer dish and goat cheese lahvosh were prepared too early and were held up by the burger which led to their temperatures being room temperature and negatively impacted the dishes overall.

   We've dined at this restaurant a few times, and the experience has been fine overall. The food is decent but lacks anything memorable. For example, the salmon was cooked well, but there wasn’t anything special about it. It came with a side of veggies that were undercooked, though they were seasoned adequately. There were no additional sides—no bread or starch options—which left the meal feeling a bit incomplete. Even as a light eater, I didn’t feel fully satisfied. The staff, however, were wonderful! It’s a nice, small, and cozy spot, but it could benefit from a bit more attention to food presentation.
