   Awful - food was not well described - over priced and so spicy we couldn’t eat it - and if you order a burrito it’s not hand held it’s covered in green sauce- queso comes with tortillas and not chips and it’s about a 3/4 cup for $17

   Our waitress forgot our order, didn’t fill our drinks, except at the very end when we were done. Mandatory 20% tip - seems like they didn’t care about service after that

   Service was good. Food was exceptional. We ordered the OG Pink tacos, el Pastor tacos, and birria tacos. Did not disappoint! Will definitely be back next time we visit NY.

   This was our second time here and I will definitely come back. The food and drinks were great and the ambiance in the upstairs restaurant is very nice - nice views and The lighting gives a fun vibe. When we first got seated (6pm) it was a little loud, but it soon quieted enough to have great conversation with our party of 4. The loss of a star in the review is due to service. Our server was very nice, but didn’t come by to ask if we wanted more drinks - we had to flag her down after waiting a long time. Also, no one cleared our plates - even when coming by to refill water. We eventually moved the plates to the vacated table next to us that had not yet cleared. We wanted dessert, but by the time we were again able to flag down our server, we didn’t have time before our show. My brother had to go find the server so that we could pay our bill - 15 minutes after asking for our check. I want to note that it was not so crowded that our service should have been impacted by this.

   Very nice place. Food, drinks, ambiance and service were perfect. Main server Tristan was friendly and helpful. Good menu for kids too. Will come back anytime we visit Time Square NYC.

   Service was absolutely abysmal. We saw our server twice. Had to ask for napkins. Had to ask a different server nearby for chips and salsa. No one checked on us to see if we needed anything. No water refills. Couldn’t seem to get the check when we were ready to leave. Overall, not a good experience at all. Food was good and the setting in TS is nice, but I would not recommend this restaurant due to the very poor service. Go elsewhere for tacos.

   Food was ok. Nothing special. Prices were as expected for Times Square. Fire alarm went off and nobody left. Was told the fajitas set off the alarm. Looked like it happens often given the reaction of the staff.

    This was the WORST dining experience I have EVER had. Admittedly it must have been one of the busiest Christmas Week nights in Times Square- but the restaurant should have not opened or limited reservations. Frankly, given the worst front of the house service I have ever seen, I am seriously concerned about the food quality and the cleanliness in the back of the house. Where do we begin- first signs-not enough menus, not enough silverware, asked us for our order, ran to get water. Delays of 30 minutes between each check, servers didn’t check on tables- people were walking out and then a plate of Fajitas set the fire alarms off and our ears were likely damaged. Do NOT go to max capacity if you do not have the staff. Frankly everyone in the restaurant should have had their meals comped. The food was terrible and they were out of most of the sides-no rice, here’s double beans. The owners should be ashamed and on site during one of the busiest times of the year. DO not go H
