Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out. Our Signature Birdcages offer a stunning presentation of cheese and accoutrements or charcuterie.

OMG! It’s absolutely gorgeous in this restaurant! The ambiance and serving staff top notch! Food also A+! Only disappointments were no gluten or dairy alternatives, no coffee refills, and a little slow on service (but didn’t hate it because it gave us more time to marinate in the experience.) Attention to detail is 99%! Pricey but worth it! Love

The food was delicious!! Order the pull apart bread with honey. It was the best! The hostess was rude but the rest of the staff was great.

Ordered the mac n cheese and burger and the mac and cheese had no flavor at all and was disappointing for the price. The burger was good but the patty was very plain.

We’ve been to all the Vanderpump locations in Vegas - this one is the best value and ambiance in our opinion. Not an option for a big meal, but great for incredible shareable bites, and outstanding cocktails. Great decor too!! Lobster rolls and deviled eggs- delish!!

Great spot for the ambiance to get some drinks. The food was subpar and they were testing an elevator alarm that was blaring loud for ten minutes straight. Overall would not go back as the ambiance is not worth it for the food and price of Pinky’s. Overall a little let down.

Food was not very flavorful and not worth the cost. Drinks were good. Decor was cute but fire alarm went off for a good 15 min. Not the restaurants fault but did not help the overall impression
