   My Wife and I had lovely lunch at Pippis, nice spot, with great service and the view is outstanding! Good service, staff were there with a smile when you needed them but didn’t feel like we were rushed or any thing. We have a very nice Seafood pasta, charred prawns and the Mango Salad along with byo bottle of Pinot Gris Great place, nice vibe & atmosphere, we’ll be back with friends next time

   Great atmosphere. Really friendly service and delicious food. We went for breakfast as a family and everyone enjoyed their meal.

   Awesome location to sink a vino! But food was over priced and not that tasty! Also no aircon, few fans and some tables didn’t even have shade. Bonkers on a 32C day

   Great vibe at the restaurant, staff were fun and fairly attentive. Had an issue with one meal not arriving at my table I think the staff member taking the order wasn't listening properly, but we didn't have to wait too long until another staff member rectified the issue. Later there was an issue with the bill but this was sorted out quickly and apologetically. Loved that it was BYO, not that we had a drink but nice to know for next time. Food was good but nothing amazing. It was great place to go to enjoy the view.

   We visited Pippis for breakfast, excited to check out the new restaurant with its beautiful lookout. While the atmosphere and views were lovely, our experience left much to be desired. First, parking was a challenge. We had to park 10 minutes away and walk to the restaurant, which was inconvenient. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated promptly. After a few minutes, a staff member asked for our drink orders, which we appreciated. However, when I tried to order an açai bowl with peanut butter on the side, I was told it wasn’t possible as they didn’t have any peanut butter in the kitchen. I asked again, just to confirm, and the answer remained the same. When my sister was placing her order, I politely asked to speak with the manager. The staff member responded dismissively, asking, “What for? Is it about the peanut butter?” This felt unprofessional. When the manager arrived, they assured me it was no issue to serve peanut butter on the side. However, from that point forward, the service was nonexistent. We weren’t asked if we needed anything else, nor were our waters refilled. It felt like we were being deliberately ignored. This experience was disappointing, especially as part of the Sutherland Shire Mums community, where we often gather for meals or host events. We had considered holding a large group event at Pippis, but this poor service has changed our minds. Unless staff training improves, we won’t be returning.

   Overpriced, lack of quality food and service but aesthetically great setting and ideal for the instagrammers out there. They served me raw lamb and failed to serve me “well done” lamb the on the 2nd attempt as per my request. Initially the young waitress didn’t want to take my plate back and told me “let me check with the chef first if the meat is meant to be that raw”…sorry no, a lamb kofta is never served raw, also I as the customer requested it to be well done. Upon paying for my mediocre, undercooked meal, the guy at the desk couldn’t work out which table I sat at and listed at least 3 other tables’ orders before finding my one. Not impressed and very disappointed as they are sitting on a goldmine with that location and the set up.

    Everything that could’ve gone wrong, went wrong. Horrible experience and absolutely embarrassed that I brought friends along for a Xmas get together here. I booked for 4 people for a 7pm seating. I was notified the day prior that they’ve changed my booking to 7.15pm which was fine. We rocked up at 7.25pm as it started to rain and trying to find parking as close as possibly to the venue. The hostess first words to us was “lucky you arrived, I was about to give your table away”. This wasn’t in a joking or light hearted away. We sat and ordered our food. The waitress seemed quite inexperienced and wasn’t able to answer any of our questions regarding the menu. Our entrees started to arrive. We were sent food we didn’t order. Then our mains started arriving. First came a prawn truffle pizza we didn’t order. We alerted staff that we didn’t order it and they took it away. We were then told there was a delay with our pasta as it wasn’t put in the till. The pasta was grossly undercooked. The steak was cold and cut thickly. The fries had no salt. Felt like we were chewing raw meat. The vegetarian pizza which came out at approx 9pm was flat and basic. Not sure what type of pizza oven they’re using. To top it all off, they rushed us out of the venue. The number of times staff came to our table to take our plates away that were still full, was too many to count. I assume the manager, dressed in a white shirt, came to our table to help clear our plates when we were ready and we did make some light comments about the service and food. We were then served the bill immediately and not asked if we wanted any dessert. This was at approx. 915pm. There were at least 3 other tables still there. Will never come back again and have told several friends do not waste your time or money at Pippis.
