PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with overhead awning and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.

Hamburgers were cooked exactly as ordered. Very good as were the French fries- a really enjoyable late afternoon respite. Pear Martini a very good choice.

All was great but the music got to be too loud. Otherwise we really enjoyed everything, including the croissants sent over to us because we had to wait too long for the main course to come out. Always enjoy your restaurant!

The service and wait staff were exceptional—definitely A+. Unfortunately, the food fell short of expectations. For a French restaurant, especially on a prix fixe night at this price point, we anticipated more. The portions were disappointingly small, barely enough for a bite, and the dessert was overly sweet, leaving most of us unable to finish even half. Despite our frustrations with the food, we thoroughly enjoyed ringing in the New Year. The DJ’s fantastic mix and the enthusiastic wait staff celebrating alongside us made the evening memorable. With better food, the experience could have been truly perfect.

We had a wonderful time at Pistache celebrating New Years Eve! The food, music and dancing were perfect for the occasion and Champagne was served all around to toast the New Year. Christian, the General Manager is always ever present to ensure an amazing dining experience!!

I come here at least once a week. One this occasion for NYE the service was a little slow. The NYE menu was really over priced for the selection offered. Almost $100 for three courses but the appetizers and desserts weren’t special. It should have been closer to $65 to $70.

I gave 3 stars because I have food allergies and they were not very accommodating or creative in figuring out something else for me to eat. I have a dairy allergy the waiter basically said “while everything is cooked and butter so there’s not much we can do. “ I ended up with grilled salmon and steamed spinach which was safe for my allergies, but in incredibly bland. The kitchen was not very creative in figuring out something else I could eat instead of just telling me that I couldn’t eat anything on the menu. However, both my parents had the beef Bourgnon and said it was delicious.
