PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with overhead awning and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.

As a guest for the 1st time dining there, I guess my expectations were higher. The server, while nice, we could barely hear him when we spoke. We often asked him to repeat himself due to him being very soft spoken. He didn't come around very often to check if we were ok, how food was etc...didn't pre bus the table until we were stacking plates. 2 of us ordered steaks, which the wrong temps were given to the wrong people. My wife was skeptical of her portion size of her dish. She ordered the entree size and it came quite small. Still wondering if small plate/appetizer size was delivered. Not that anything mentioned is a true deal breaker for whether or not I'll chose to visit again, I guess I just had higher expectations being that I am a person that values a high level of service from service industry. I understand that people can have "off" days and sometimes it can be reflective in performance. Which is what I chalked it up to for lack of attentiveness. By no means did it reflect negatively in the manner of my tipping, I'm just giving my 2 cents worth since open table is asking :)

HORRIBLE experience. Forgotten main course. We were seated promptly, were served drinks and our appetizers, then we waited. After twenty five minutes our waiter told us our main course would be right out. After ten more minutes I went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that he was on the phone and that 45 minutes between appetizer and main course was typical. The manager never came to our table. The food arrived after ten more minutes. The long delay and rude treatment spoiled our evening.

This is a lovely place for dinner in downtown West Palm Beach. Central location and consistently good overall! I had the salmon tonight and it was served promptly and it was hot and delicious! Ambience (except on Thursday nights when live music can sometimes be intrusive) is charming!

Great experience in all capacities. The food was outstanding really unique, unusual salads that were delicious and great cocktails. Staff was very attentive and a very diverse menu. You can’t go wrong by selecting this place was able to walk right outside and see all the festivities happening for the holidays in downtown. Highly recommend!
