Two-storey wine parlour with a rotating list of 70 sparkling and still wines alongside sharing plates inspired by world travel. Find your next prosecco or explore the weird and wonderful world of sparkling.

Run by wine importer and events company Grays and Feather, the parlour is split over two very different floors including outdoor seating, with a focus on exploring wine production and flavour and pushing understanding further. The well known and greatest hits sit alongside the road less travelled.

Great place to come for a drink. Eddie our waiter was awesome. Very helpful and great to have a chat with. Would definitely come back

I love plume wine bar so much. Had a gorgeous evening. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the staff are all so friendly. Particular shout out to Gracie. She was a total delight. Happy. Friendly, knowledgeable and all when she was super busy in a Friday night. Total star.

We had the best time at Plume! We sat upstairs, and Josh took such good care of us. He helped us pick out a fantastic bottle of English wine that we were nervous about, but we trusted him and it was FANTASTIC!! The grilled cheese was delicious but the “all aboard” cheese board was not to be believed. Love this bar, loved Josh’s service and we will be back!

Had such a lovely time dining at Plume wine bar, the wine was incredible and the service was outstanding. Our server Yvette had great knowledge on the wine and was attentive to us the whole evening even with it being quite busy, the service was what made our evening so special.

Not what we expected. We ended up there after looking a TikTok review of being a great wine bar. Location was great but place was so small extremely tight between tables that people had to stand up for other customers to get through. Was very pricey for the drinks and the ambiance wasn’t great (felt a little beat cheap?) However service was nice and attentive
