   I had high expectations with this restaurant because I heard great reviews; however, even though I put on the reservation that it was my wedding anniversary, there was not especial treatment ( they sat us close to the bathroom) Maybe I got spoiled with other high end restaurants like Ocean Prime or Bern’s were they at least acknowledged especial occasions. Anyway, the food was ok, the service was a little slow. It’s good to go with friends, but I don’t recommend it to go for especial occasions.

   Our experience was far from enjoyable, starting from the moment we arrived. After being greeted by the hostess, we were left standing in the middle of the restaurant for a good two minutes while she hurried back to the stand to check our table number. Once seated, we ordered cocktails then both appetizers and entrées, only to have them all arrive at the same time. When we inquired why our food came out together, the waitress casually responded, “Oh, my bad! I thought you wanted it all at once.” To make matters worse, all the food was lukewarm at best, suggesting that it had been sitting in the kitchen for too long. Even our dessert coffees arrived cold. Overall, the service left much to be desired, contributing to a disappointing dining experience.

   Food is beautifully present and fresh. We went for brunch and ordered a variety of Mezza. There is no bread brought to table or offered. Listed on menu with dips or as side focaccia. Would have been a gracious touch to have a sample portion upon arrival with some bread sticks. Being mediterranean influenced, it is a staple on the table. Especially considering the price of plates. Summer fattoush was very small portion. We order bread during mezza but it took so long we were done before it arrived. Saganaki was plain not in phyllo, no za'atar. Crispy brussels, zucchini chips, and potato stroma were great. Pistachio stuffed brioche the winning plate.

   Great restaurant! Zucchini chips were perfect… mezza plate was delicious! Scallops are 3 large and tasty pieces. I would stick to the fish dishes!

   First time diners and we had a great dinner at Predalina! My party tried raw oysters, zucchini chips, blue crab pasta, 1899 kebab, salmon, lamb orecchiette, risotto, and roasted carrots. The food is delicious and there were zero critiques. Our server was also very attentive. The inside tables are a little tight, but once the restaurant filled in our neighbor’s conversation was less noticeable. My only disappointment is that I noted in the booking we were celebrating a birthday and there was no acknowledgment of this. However, it’s not a deterrent and we can’t wait to dine again.

   The restaurant was pretty, service was decent, but my biggest disappointment was the food. The crudité was fine but rather unremarkable. I didn’t like 2 of the spreads but the pita was good and the vegetables were fresh. The snapper was surprisingly lacking in flavor for everything they described in preparation and came in a watery broth. The Brussels sprouts were the standout and definitely the best thing we had. Overall it was fine, but I’m not rushing to return when there are so many better options nearby.

   We asked for a quiet table, and the table was perfect. In other words, the restaurant listened to our request. Server was personable and very knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, we had a very good celebratory dinner and would come again.

    This is the 3rd time trying Predalina and the food is mediocre. The lebneh with the chicken kabob was meh and there wasn't enough on the plate. The flank steak was chewy. The roasted mushrooms tasted terrible.
