   First, the valet entrance forced my mom who’s 88 to walk through the parking lot, up stairs and through two or three sets of doors. The restaurant was busy and sat us quickly, even giving us a choice of tables. I went to the bar to see what whiskey was available, and the bartender said we have knob creek and the rest of our selection is right here and pointed to a dark wall that if I could see, wouldn’t have asked, and then turned and walked away. Back at the table we were ignored for about twenty minutes, then my drink order took another twenty. When we finally ordered, the kitchen refused to make a mixed green salad that was on the last page of the menu (apparently lunch). Our soups and salads came out, soups were good but not great, we asked for pepper and twenty minutes later the waiter dropped off a pepper shaker that we couldn’t figure out how to use, five minutes later, the bus boy who I had originally asked came by with a shaker, but we had already finished. A person at another table, also unsure how to use the shaker, unloaded against her will, the entire contents of the salt shaker, then about twenty minutes later, our food came out and the waiter finally asked me if I wanted a second drink. I said yes please. He asked no one else at our table. We had planned to order a bottle of wine at dinner. Filet was nice, my steak was nice, my mom’s steak was flavorless and overcooked, mushrooms were very good, fries were ok, brussel sprouts were good but dry and could have used a balsamic Demi glaze. Half way through my steak my drink showed up, very measured pours, not what I expect from a restaurant competing against two behemoths: Bryant & cooper and peter Luger. We didn’t get much attention after that. When I told them that it was my mom’s birthday they showed me the dessert menu. They did all come by and sing happy birthday. Two and a half stars. I won’t go back. There’s no reason to go here with the abundance of other good steak restaurants in town. Epic fail.

   Lovely decor, excellent staff, fair food price, and excellent portions. Fish, salmon excellent desserts good. One thing requires attend, the Caesar salad needs huge improvement( anchovies and cheese missing) please fix. I am coming back. Thank you.

   AMAZING. We have dined at a lot of high end restaurants. The service attentiveness and overall experience from the staff was more than I expected. We will definitely dine there again. Oh. And the food was excellently prepared and served. What a hidden gem.

   Food was not great! Scallops were rancid and sent back, calamari was oily and had no flavor. The lamb chops were good, but needed flavor. Cocktails were great! Valet closed at 10. Service was ok. Sides were ok. Over priced for food not good

   Prime 1024 is a fantastic restaurant. The staff is always so diligent, professional , knowledgeable and patient. The ambience is understated luxury. The food was exceptional so were the drinks. A must try for a special occasion or just because. We did not have wine but they do have a nice selection.

   Prime 1024 truly feels like home! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is always top-notch. Our waiter, Edison, was amazing—so friendly and helpful in recommending the perfect dish. The manager Franc as always, was very friendly and made sure everything was just right. I truly appreciate the great service and delicious food. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

    Exceptional Dining at Prime 1024 – A Must-Visit! The host was friendly and welcoming We started with the robiola pizza, which was perfectly crisp with rich, creamy cheese—a fantastic way to kick off the meal. The sushi rolls were fresh, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavor, adding a delightful touch of variety. For the main courses, the porterhouse was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful, while the rack of lamb was tender with a beautifully seasoned crust(both served in hot black stone and table side cut). Lobster Pasta was Divine ,The side dishes were just as impressive—the Brussels sprouts had a perfect char, and the creamy truffle spinach was an indulgent, flavorful complement to the meal. To top it all off, dessert was a decadent treat, and the selection of red wine paired beautifully with our dishes, enhancing every bite. The ambiance is elegant yet inviting, making it perfect for a special night out. The service was attentive and knowledgeable, adding to an already fantastic experience. We were celebrating a birthday and Charlie by the way has a great singing voice If you’re looking for a restaurant that offers high-quality food, a great atmosphere, and top-notch service, Prime 1024 is a must-visit.
