Our menu pays homage to American steakhouse classics at the same time encourages our guests to explore innovative interpretations and nontraditional additions. Prime 141 offers an expertly curated menu that spotlights superior steaks, amazing sides, rad juice by the glass and yummy craft cocktails.

Our mood, service and menu are inspired from our culinary explorations, work and travels spanning nearly 40 years, 20 years developing world class restaurants on the Las Vegas strip, 18 years raising our family right here in Southern Highlands.

For us Southern Highlands is HOME, we want Prime 141 to be warm, welcoming, experiential, and delicious.

Love this restaurant. Good was superb and the ambience makes you feel like you’re at a steakhouse on the strip but you aren’t and it’s nice for us locals in the area to feel that. It’s a great location. The food was amazing I’ve been there for happy hour and now finally dinner. EXCEPTIONAL GEM in Southern Highlands

The bread and smoked butter were delicious and I can’t say enough about the service. The steaks were great, but not $90 great. The atmosphere was amazing, but these are strip prices for a restaurant way off the strip.

This is the best steak house I have ever eaten at. We loved the food. So delicious. Diet Coke could be better. Tastes like it’s out of a can and they charge for refills (I realize I’m the only one drinking Diet Coke at this restaurant) but whatever, the food is amazing.

One of the best New Year's experiences. We had drinks at the bar before dinner. The Aries is a must for martini lovers!! Good friends, excellent service, outstanding food. My filet was perfection!!!

Overall really good dinner, service and ambience. We are from San Diego, and wanted a nice dinner for an early 40th for my wife. Would go again and recommend to others!
