   Stale bread and canned coke. Restaurant was empty and the 2 raw apps we got took forever. Steak was raw when ordered medium plus. Other steak was full of fat. Auto 20% gratuity for party of 3. Food was loaded with salt and made the steak to salty to enjoy

   The food is poor and the service is very poor. I am amazed they can survive but they get a captive crowd from the Hotel.

   Steak and salmon excellent. Japanese sweet potato was also excellent. Crab donut and lobster bisque were not good. Service was excellent nice atmosphere. Price is high but to be expected in a hotel.

   we ordered medium rare and the steak came out medium. our waiter had gone to help with a large party and did not come back to check on us and our meal. the manager did take the steak off our bill

   new years eve fixed menu @ 300 PP excluding gratuity and taxes ended up costing over $5,000 Went with 13 people . regardless of the cost, one of the worst meals Ive ever had . meal include choice of either petite Filet mignon or 3 scallops. The filet was cooked to correct temperature @ medium and still the grade of beef gave it a consistency of lowest market grade filet. I love dogs but strange having them sitting in strollers tableside barking for food or who knows what.

   It was pre fixed menu for New Year the food was good but the portion of the dish was very small the service was really slow and the restaurant wasn’t busy. To expensive for what was offer.

    What can I say, the service took forever. outside of the gnocchi being phenomenal the rest was bland, flavorless the waiter was horrific from beginning to end. I kept having to ask where is what I asked for whether it was my bottle of wine to can I have some hot sauce, water etc…. I understand on certain holidays. You don’t get the best service, but this was no service at a premium $$$$
