   Food is always great but last evening the food was one of the very best experiences we have enjoyed at Prime. Brian, our server, was great as usual and he made our guest who was celebrating her birthday, feel very special

   What’s not to love?! Great food. We shared a filet mignon between 2, asparagus and twice baked potato. Crab cake appetizer is a go-to favorite. Never disappointed. Service is excellent. Highly recommend!

   We have been coming to Prime for quite awhile and with the new menu, the food has certainly changed or the cook staff has changed. We miss the old menu quality and flavors. The truffle Mac lacks truffle flavor, the new dirty potato’s are very odd tasting, the prawns were very pricey and overcooked, the desert menu has been very reduced as well.

   Cocktails were fabulous. Service was excellent. We ordered filet mignon which was cooked to medium rare perfection. Steak sauce tasted like ketchup and the mushrooms had been cooked over an open fire and were burned to a dry tasteless crunch. The twice baked potato and Brussel sprouts were delicious. Some previous diner had left gum stuck under the table. Server agreed it was disgusting. Our server removed the mushrooms from our tab. DJ played loud techno music so if that is your vibe you’ll love it. Problem was no chance in visiting with your fellow diners.

   Everything was excellent. We split a tomahawk that was cooked to perfection along with the twice baked potato. Nice view from the roof too.

   January 5, 2025 Marco ALL DAY, best customer service! We recently dined at Shula Prime AZ and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Marco. Hands down, he provided the best customer service we've experienced in Arizona. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach turned a great meal into an unforgettable dining experience. We ordered the dry-aged ribeye, six scallops, and a bottle of Almaviva. Marco's recommendations were spot-on—the ribeye was cooked to perfection, full of rich flavor, and the scallops were tender, seared beautifully, and bursting with freshness. The Almaviva was an outstanding choice, perfectly pairing with the meal and elevating the experience even further. Marco’s ability to anticipate our needs, maintain perfect timing, and genuinely ensure we were enjoying every moment was unmatched. He was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable, and passionate about making our night special. Thank you, Marco, for setting the bar so high!    The food and service was excellent! The view from the restaurant is amazing you get a great view of the east valley. The sword fish was amazing along with the sides.
