   Food and service were excellence, as always. Love the ambiance and vibe of this place. Second year we’ve been in town for a conference and this is the first reservation we make. So delicious! Highly recommend.

   Our waiter Marko was beyond attentive. This restaurant is very accommodating we were running late and still gave us our reservation when we pulled up 15 minutes late. my only complaints are it was hard to keep a conversation with my date. The acoustics of the restaurant are really poor. meaning it was hard to hold a conversation where we got sat at. Other wise it was still an experience worth going once

   This is a hidden gem steakhouse. The atmosphere, drink choices, and food were all amazing. Great cocktail and wine menu. Service was fantastic.

   Amazing! This was our first time here for a 50th birthday dinner. They celebrated the birthday person with a special individual appetizer and a special individual dessert at the end. Birthday candles to top! The food was outstanding! The caviar with homemade chips, egg and  crème fresh was delicious, a must try! The salmon was perfectly cooked and honey seasoned, better than any other salmon I have had in Arizona honestly . Service was  phenomenal. If you have ever been to Kai, then this you will love too!!! We will be back and telling others about our experience. Thank you for a beautiful evening Prime!

   It was fantastic. The service was great. Julio is an amazing server and took great care of us! The food was incredible! Don’t really have anything to complain about except that the music was pretty loud so it was hard to have a conversation. But I’m sure we’ll be back!

   Great birthday experience. The dry-aged ribeye was delicious. Service from Julio was excellent! We will definitely be back.

   We went to dinner for my wife's 53rd birthday as well as celebrating my step daughter's 21st birthday (the day before). There were 5 of us and we were all treated SO amazing! Our waiter (who I can't remember his name!) gave my wife a perfect large shrimp, oyster and caviar appetizer. It was perfection! He then gave us ideas on the menu and we split the dishes to perfect individual portions (salmon, Mac n cheese, Whipple mashed potatoes and endless bread). For desert, he gave my wife and step daughter a small bowl of ice cream, sugar cookie and whipped cream on the side with a candle each to sing Happy Birthday! And last but not least, he took our birthday picture outside with the amazing view of the hills behind us! It was a fantastic birthday dinner for my favorite girls that we all will not forget!

    We were there to celebrate our anniversary and it was terrible. The shrimp came out with an awful spice on it, and brought out bread we didn’t order or eat and they charged us $10 for it! My husband asked about a steak on the menu but they were out. The steak he did get had the same terrible prep the shrimp had so he didn’t eat it and was going to order a special dessert he saw on the online menu only to be told they don’t make it anymore. The only good part of the dinner was our server Alejandro!! We will never go back to Shula’s Prime!
