The higher the marbling score, the more flavorsome, tender and succulent the beef will be. $270 for one person with a pretty normal menu choice of appetizer salad steak and dessert. The $110 tasting menu it was only for one thing I got the crab cake. I didn’t drink alcohol. I should have ask what’s included in the $110 right off the bat but I was too overwhelmed and I left. I was having fun but at the end I was disappointed. The host Michelle was an amazing person.

Es importante mencionar que si haces tu reservación después de las nueve de la noche te cobran un 18% más de la cuenta más el 4% de un impuesto más el tax normal, entonces terminas pagando el doble de la cuenta, tómalo en cuenta cuando hagas tu reservación para que no te tome por sorpresa en tu presupuesto, además, teníamos la reservación a las nueve de la noche, esperamos en un promedio 20 minutos, sin embargo, la aplicación nos dice que el restaurante nos espera a nosotros, solamente 5 minutos, en resumen, sólo toma en cuenta que la cuenta puede llegar a ser el doble de lo previsto.

Our Christmas Eve dinner at Prime & Provisions was absolutely unforgettable! The food was phenomenal, but what truly made the evening exceptional was our server, Nate. From the moment we sat down, Nate made us feel welcome and taken care of with his warm personality and impeccable attention to detail. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and gave fantastic recommendations that turned our meal into a truly elevated experience. The holiday ambiance was perfect, and Nate’s professionalism and charm made it all the more special. Thank you, Nate, for making our Christmas Eve dinner so memorable! We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for you next time!

Such a nice dining experience - Holiday meals can be just ok, but the staff here did an excellent job. Food was so good, all plated beautifully. Service also very good and professional. As a side note, the restaurant itself is lovely and looked very festive for the Holiday season. We had a great evening !
