   First time dining here been wanting to check this restaurant out but being days are limited was able to go on Friday Valentines Day .. We were seated beside the bar which I don’t like it’s way too noisy.. so asked to be moved which they kindly did on back wall against a window now we could have a conversation.. Food was ok but not for the price especially when my husband Wagu steak was only item on his plate to pay that kind of money and no sides is ridiculous al a carte is what waitress said .. When the check was presented was told 18% gratuity was already added .. if it was a larger party of 6 is one thing we were two people .. just not happy that was not mentioned on their website but probably because they would not get business especially for those of us who only dine out for special occasions.

   Apps and dinner was filling, flavor and cooked level was ok. I expected better flavor and flaky level of the seabass to be better based on the price but I guess the not alway the case

   Prime always delivers! Sarah, was just terrific and I'd certainly ask for her any time. It was prime rib night and both my wife and our friend had it (with huge take home portions) and raved about it. My salmon was excellent and my friend thought the haddock dish was excellent as well. He also raved about the clam chowder and we also loved the beet salad. overall, a terrific evening and we'd also highly recommend going on Wednesday night as the rest of the week is normally packed. Excellent evening for sure. Well done Prime Team!

   Great food and service only issue is that you can’t find it. No signs. Impossible to know where the restaurant is located

   Food and service were excellent. Love their Sushi and the fish dinners were excellent!!! Only complaint was the music. It was loud and a very strange selection for dinner music (80's pop). They did eventually turn it down. Great place to go for a special dinner.

    We have dined here often in the past....normally every segment rating has been outstanding. This experience was different....We arrived at 6 pm and were seated immediately....We had a drink and ordered our salads and entrees around 6:15....the salads did not get served till around 7:30 and were not exactly what we ordered....the enrees did not get served till a little after eight.....We ordered dessert and that took around 20 minutes to arrive.....I spoke with Steve, the maitre d, who apologized and did take the salads and dessert off the bill. While that was a nice gesture it did not make the overall 3 hour dinner a better experience....I made it clear to Steve that we did not blame our server, Nicole, in fact she did her absolute best given the circumstances !!
