   We had their heavenly bistro rolls, bacon wrapped scallops that were amazing! My husband had the Grouper and I had the crab cake. It is literally giant lumps of absolutely heavenly crab. Gluten free option for those who need it. Dinks and service are always great. We miss the chefs dessert plate but chocolate cake was delicious.

   Great service, spinach salad, smoked Gouda Arancini, Malbec wine and old fashioned drink and salted Caramel cheesecake really excellent. Concerns: Restaurant smelled like a fish market when walked in Crab cake mostly breading Seafood pasta comes with only two shrimp and scallops

   Hi Mr. Joe, thank you for sharing your feedback and taking time to provide it to us. We are so glad you enjoyed your service and several menu items. To address your concerns, we use zero breading in our crab cakes. The only binder we use is shrimp puree. That might be what you were referring to. They are about 95% crab and 5% shrimp puree, there are no bread products at all. We are so sorry that you did not enjoy them.    My husband and I decided to give Prime Bistro a try when we saw their “ Restaurant Week” advertisement. Upon arrival, we were graciously received and shown to our table after a brief wait. Upon review of the two menus, “restaurant week” and regular, we opted to order off the regular menu. My husband ordered a 7 oz filet ala Oscar and I ordered crab cakes. Both were phenomenal!! Along with the main course, we ordered their homemade bread, scallops wrapped in bacon and apple carmel cheesecake. All food choices were outstanding!! Our server was attentive and the ambiance is warm and inviting. We will definitely be back!!!

   Had dinner during Restaurant Week. Ambience and service were excellent. Probably the nicest restaurant in Morehead City. Makes you want to dress up a little. Great place to take a date or your spouse for a special occasion. We shall go back again.

    Really good food and the service was outstanding, it was our first time there and we will be back for sure. We went during restaurant week and some of the people had the tasting menu which was great and I had regular menu items and the whole table was pleased.
