   Our waiter Ben was outrageous. Very knowledgeable about the menu and what pairs well with each item. Bone marrow was perfect consistency and the braised short rib toast compliments the marrow perfectly. The dry aged steak was amazing and cooked exactly as requested. The fillet mignon was tender and cooked to perfection. Make and cheese was just the right mix of cheese pasta and bread crumbs. Look forward to dining again there.

   The food needed salt. I ordered the rib eye (medium rare), my husband ordered the aged rib eye (medium). The temperatures in the steaks were not corrected; there were swapped (my steak was done medium rare and my husband’s was done medium). The service was my the best, it seems like the waitress was a relatively new employee as she did but clear the table before the entree came out, she also did not remove the menus from the table. The drinks took forever to come and it was not crowded. Overall, I was a bit disappointed as I did choose this restaurant to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. The waitress did try to redeem herself by giving 2 complimentary desserts instead of 1.

   Fantastic experience for my first time! Will definitely be back when the weather gets warmer to try out the balcony! Definitely recommend!

   Crispy skin chicken was very good but the beans were subbed out for mix veggies and I was looking forward to the beans and greens. Steaks smelled awesome but we didn't try those. $230 for 3 people with 2 cocktails, 2 sides, 3 entrees. Tip is included in your bill.

   This was a very good find and made our anniversary dinner spectacular with such great food. We actually ordered too much but eating late at night over a movie with the leftovers was well worth it. I recommend the bone marrow and both the tuna tar and the beef tartar. We didn’t even have room for the ribeye only took a bite of it, but it hit the spot the next morning for breakfast. The chimichurri sauce was really great. We will be going back again.

   I had a great time at prime met, great ambiance and food! My only issue is unfortunately it seems like the servers may not be on the same page because all my leftovers were not boxed up and my lamb was thrown out at the end of the night instead of boxed with the rest of my food, this made me feel like I wasted my money since I barely ate due to being full on starters. Beyond that everything else was fine.

    Travel to get there took some time. Very congested! Once there everything was fabulous! Food is to die for and so were the cocktails. Service was a bit hectic on a busy Saturday night but we had the private room and it made all the difference.
