The venue pays homage to its heritage-listed history, the old Newspaper House on St Georges Terrace. The venue boasts four levels of culinary and refined drinking options for every moment.

Designed by Projects of Imagination, key aspects of the historical building have been utilised including the internal atrium. Almost unfolding like a book, each level becomes a chapter, representative of the building’s printing origins creating a unique experience for everyone.

I was disappointed that there was no table reserved for us when I arrived, especially when I had confirmation of the booking. It was a bit embarrassing as it was a work lunch. The food was good though.

Poor service - it was like it was a hassle to have a customer, which disturbed the three wait staff from chatting between themselves. Everything had to be checked with someone else. Really a sad evening for such a great location and setting. I hope it was a one off

It was a pub meal in a nice setting. The next table had a group of 3 young men, who were loud after having had a few beers or so. the fish was soggy and oily.

The service was average, the bar tender was folding cutlery with her back turned to the customers. Each time I had to go up to order something I had to yell out excuse me to get her attention - I stood there for a good minute in hope she’d turn around but nothing. (which again is such a downer when big venues make you get up to order - we pay for a service yet we don’t get it.) It was a business meeting & I definitely will be going elsewhere next time!

Decor is really nice. It wasn't too busy on a Wednesday night which was lucky as nobody could find our booking. Food was ok but the kitchen lost one of our orders. They were very good about it and gave us a refund and the food, albeit a long time after we ordered it. A mixed bag really.

Okay experience. A bit sad that the food took a long time to arrive. Advertising that you should get you dinner here before going to the opera I would expect that food wouldn't take about 1h to arrive. Everything else was good.
