Overall everything was good. The food was very good. However, I ordered fajitas & had to ask for tortillas after waiting, assuming they would be bringing them. I also had a margarita and was never asked if I wanted another (which I did). My water glass was perpetually empty, and we had to ask for multiple things multiple times. I felt like we were seated, given food & then ignored. I would have liked additional items with my fajitas (rice, sour cream, tortillas, guac) and would have gladly paid for them, but couldn't get them.

Bleh. Not worth it. Wanted a good Mexican meal- but not found here. The restaurants around it looked way better and were full of people. The food here was just okay. Over priced. And a limited menu.

Reservation made for 8:15 for my wife’s 40th birthday dinner before going to the Chicago Theater. Arrived on time for them to say there was no reservation and they were closing. Reservation was made weeks prior and the restaurant show open until 9:00 even on their sign. Embarrassing for me as I had the night planned out, would NEVER go there again or recommend it.

We chose Pueblo over other theater district restaurants for pre-show dining. This is more like a food court destination with a server than a restaurant, ambiance-wise. Our guacamole was *really* good. Everything else was “meh.” (Including service.) Salsa tasted as though it was from a jar. I had the vegetarian opinion which in a word was bad. My son said his salmon was decent. I wish we had chosen a different location. Sorry, Pueblo. We will not be back.

Food here is great but the service is not ready for prime time. Our waiter was also the bartender and he was looking up how to make the drinks on an iPad! He finally gave up and disappeared into the kitchen and returned 5+ minutes later with the drinks from another part of the Latinicity facility. The drinks were good, but if you don't know how to make them, why are you tending bar?

The food is absolutely delicious! I would definitely go back. It was a perfect dinner prior to seeing a show at the Goodman. We didn't feel rushed and were well taken care of.
