   Quality food. Lots of gluten free options. Brussel sprouts were a great starter. Friendly , attentive server. I would go again

   Pure Kitchen has the trappings and pretention of a high end restaurant. But the drinks were weak, the protein tough, the flavors off, the prices high and the service indifferent. We were disappointed.

   All in all the restaurant was very good. We gave it a 4 because even though the tomato sauce and pasta with the chicken parmesan was tasty, the chicken was very dry and hard to chew and the “topped with mozzarella” was just a dot on top, so not much at all.

   Overall, our experience at Pure Kitchen was good. Service was excellent. Most of the food was mediocre (kind of bland), but the Carne Asada was absolutely excellent.

   Very yummy food and drinks!!! Enjoyed and loved it as a good treat after skiing. Close to both breck and keystone.

   I've been here many times and will continue to eat there. However, i have noted that there are times when the food is better than others and I also have noticed a personal preference for seating; it is quite loud near the front and thus I prefer sitting towards the back. The music can be quite loud at times.

    The homemade mozzarella cheese sticks are a must! Everything we had was sooooo good. Such a great meal and dining experience for the money!
