   We visited Purezza as part of my friend's annual Christmas meetup. We love Purezza as we can always get a table, and we enjoy the food. This year I felt was the best year for us, the meal was excellent value even if we didn't take in to account the free fizz. The Christmas menu was simple, but it has everything we wanted. I loved the mac and cheese, the calzone, and the mice pie dough balls. There was more than enough food, and I even had some leftover calzone for the next day. I also appreciated the cheese counter at the front of the store as my husband and I were looking for cheese for our cheeseboard. We don't live in London, so it was great to be able to pick our cheeses up in person!

   Yummy food great atmosphere, it was a bit warm and service felt a bit slow but that’s just me nitpicking. We had a very lovely waitress from San Diego and the food was delicious!

   Food was amazing as always. However, service has been decreasing in quality. I appreciate the staff may be overwhelmed, so maybe it's worth hiring more people. I've visited Purezza twice in a week. Both of the times we had to wait and wait to get the menu for more drinks and deserts. Today, we had to leave our seats to ask for another drink because we were pretty much left alone. When we paid, we've learnt that because it's December, we couldn't use our NHS discount either. However, we were charged 9£ for the service (we were only two). I strongly dislike asking for this to be removed so I haven't done it, but to be fair I wasn't happy about paying it in my past two visits due to the long waits and being left alone. This along with the change in prices and poor to non existant NHS discount is starting to put me off unfortunately, even if the food is great.

   Great pizza although a little pricey for what you get. The non alcoholic drinks could be better especially the spiced mango mocktail.

   It wasn't the usual chef the pizza was less cooked then usual, the doughballs seemed a bit stale and the salad had massive chunks including multiple lettuce ends and was also smaller than usual. And there was a waiter I hadn't seen before who wasn't necessarily rude just didn't have the great customer service others have had, and sadly it was only the very front of the restraunts seating open mesning that all the tables around us were full and we felt slightly cramped. It was quite a disappointing trip in all honesty as it was meant to be one of the highlights of our anniversary date for a place we have loved so much to be so different.

   A great place to eat. We loved the meatballs and the pizzas were brilliant too. Such friendly staff and a comfortable place to sit back and relax. One of the best places we ate on our London visit - highly recommended!

    Warmly and enthusiastically greeted on arrival I was taken to my table straight away. The service from Joey was really attentive and impressive. Water arrived immediately and a lovely apple cinamon drink shortly after. My chosen veggie pizza was truly delicious; plenty of mouth-wayering, fresh ingredients. A rich, moist tirumisu, followed. Tuesday, 8.30 was comfortable and well attended. The decor, warm and homely. I will be back and yes, I recommend this little haven.
