This is one of our favorite date night spots. The food is incredible. We started with the Lobster corn chowder which was so savoury and had big chunks of lobster. The lobster tagliatelle in a rose sauce was also amazing. The cocktails are great and the ambience is always quiet and has a warm romantic vibe to it. The service is always top notch. This place is a small hidden gem so you often need to book a reservation.

We ate at Purlieu last night and it is a great little gem. It nice and small, the servers take very good care of you and explain the menu very well. If you like sauces and French cuisine this is a must. Glad we checked it out!

Great ambiance and attentive service. Good wine list. Pate starter was very tasty. My fish special was cooked to perfection. Dessert of chocolate pate was wonderful.

Purlieu is an absolute gem of a place in the suburbs. Everything was reasonably priced and was delicious! Right after having our appetizers we knew we would be back again!

Great little French Bistro with great service and incredible food. I shouldn’t be telling anyone how good it is, because before you know it, I won’t be able to get a reservation. Last night was our 3rd visit and it was fantastic. Incredible calamari appetizer and the special lobster spaghetti was sublime. Wifey had the steak au poive and loved it. Keep up the great work but don’t tell anyone!
