   The staff were friendly and courteous. However, the food can use some adjusting. I ordered The fish and chips. French fries were ok but the fish was raw on the inside, the batter was too thick and was the only thing extra crispy...I asked the FISH be well done not the batter. It was disappointing I sent it back. The salad was really good but my appetite was unsatisfied. The purpose of our reservation was to bring my husband to celebrate his 70th Birthday. He wasn't impressed. I'll likely chose a different place if we ever return.

   We asked for a drink last and the waitress laughed at us. So we asked for a few types of drinks and they didn’t make mojitos. They didn’t have a white wine. They didn’t have martinis. Okay, can you just PLEASE tell us what we can have? What an odd thing. Then the power went out. Then the food was mid. Then the dude next to us started watching TV on his phone at full volume. At least my wife won some money at slots so the meal was free. 😂

   The server didn't listen or care about my order or giving good service. My order came with half of what I ordered. I ordered a shrimp cocktail 17$. A few shrimp thrown in glass with not plate under it to put the shrimp shells. There was lipstick on the glass. The server never brought the iced tear or clam chowder I ordered. Never refilled my water glass. The server gave me alot of attitude. She gave the couple at the next talk even more attitude and grief. The server was hostile and rude. Acted very put out to serve customers She poor represents EQC. I have not eaten here is a year because of similar bad service. The server should be fired.

   Had prime rib dinner. It resembled bubble gum. Cold Potatoes. Dirty dinnerware. Waitress delivered food and didn't come back until she gave bill.

   The food was delicious and warm, the server was extremely nice. She made sure our water was full and asked if we wanted more coffee. Highly recommend

   We didn’t realize that the restaurant was in the casino. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no smoke in the restaurant. The food was good. Very rich-buttery.

   I did not realize that it was inside the casino. We had to listen to the dings of the slot machines through our dining. Things were wrong in our order as well and I think the noise level played a factor.

   We make reservations here when we stay at the hotel for a show of some kind. The food is really good and really fresh. The place is a bit loud, but you are already outside the casino, so I'm not sure that matters. They have a decent menu, and the portions are nice. The service is okay but not great. But I suspect they are always short-staffed.

    We had reservations and were seated right at the time we reserved. Service was great and very friendly-Food was very good with good presentation, and the wait time was very minimal. We will definitely be back!
