When you first see the outside of this places, it transports you. It feels like an opulent 70’s dojo. The front desk staff are very friendly. Our server was very knowledgeable but I feel the wait staff lacked certain decorum. Any time we said thank you for setting a dish down we were met with stares or dismissal for the most part and that was a bit off putting. If we asked for silverware or napkin there was nothing said just left and came back with what we asked for. We loved the food. The Umi roll was a bit of an acquired taste it was buttery I’m not only taste but texture. My husband loved it, I however did not. We also had the chili oil ramen, filet mignon, gyoza, short rib rice, and potato pave. It was all very wonderful and flavorful. We would definitely dine here again.

Service very slow. From the time we ordered desert until it was delivered was 30 min. Restaurant was not filled so not sure why such slow service. Beautiful atmosphere- would go again for bar not restaurant.

This was the first time me and my wife had been to PYRO and it was absolutely amazing. The ambience was incredible, the service was amazing, the food was perfection.

The food is always outstanding. We told our server that we were in a bit of a rush, but that did not seem to register. She only had two tables sat in the entire restaurant, but we had to get up twice to repour our water, had to ask a few times to get the bill, and waited an extended time to receive our main course. For being only two of four people in the entire restaurant we were very disappointed by the service.

The food was great. Drinks were just okay and very small in size. The bartender was extremely rude when we sat at the bar after dinner.
