    Excellent food, great service. Place was accommodating to children. Would absolutely go back (and highly recommend their other restaurants, Quality Meats and Quality Italian).

    Arrived at 5:15 and informed the server we had tickets to a 7pm show. He said we would be taken care of and out in plenty of time. We ordered soon after and then waited an hour for our food. An hour. We literally had to inhale it and run. The restaurant is beautiful and our server was nice, but the food was meh and the wait for it was friggin stupid. Not Quality at all. It really set the tone for the rest of the night.

    Very disappointed at this Quality Group experience. The food was outstanding but the service was dreadful. Comparing it to one of their other restaurants is like chalk and cheese. They need to prioritise booked guests for the dining room and not place them in an area that was clearly designed for walk ins.

    What an amazing experience for our first Christmas lunch away from home in Australia. The staff were so friendly and accomodating even on Christmas Day! I never write reviews, but this place - the food, the service, the staff, the setting, even down to the lovely bathrooms. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Quality Bistro - we will certainly never forget this Christmas.

    Nous aimons trouver de belles et bonnes adresses et il est vrai qu’habituellement nous donnons notre point de vue positif ou négatif directement au serveur. En plus d’avoir féliciter l’équipe nous avons souhaité mettre un avis car c’est un sans faute et c’est tellement rare… L’équipe est exceptionnelle le cadre feutre et une qualité dans les produits et la réalisation assez rare pour un restaurant non étoilé. Allez y les yeux fermés ça restera ma meilleure adresse de New York….
