   From the minute we got there, it felt rushed and unwelcome. We had to ask for serviettes and water and order drinks. When the food was delivered, it was slammed on the table, especially the entree. We ended up spending $320 and could have gotten better service elsewhere. Not a great first impression, and I'm not sure if I would go back.

   Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Quando Quando. The staff were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was lovely and the meals were delicious.

   Booked a table to celebrate a birthday and Valentine’s Day. Was disappointed to be sat at a bar, right at the front door. The stools we sat on were, fixed to the floor and could not be moved. Several times I had to stand to be comfortable. What made it even worse is we had made an advanced booking for a table, but there were 3-4 walk in groups with NO booking that were sat at comfortable tables. I would not go back here, they don’t care about customer comfort, just want to herd people in to whatever space they can fill.

   We made an online booking then the restaurant changed it to 15 minutes later. We arrived and no table was ready, had to wait another 15 minutes, they were resetting the table. When we finally were allowed to sit down, only 3 settings, there was 8 of us. Service was slow, staff inattentive, didn't seem to care, even mentioned it was a birthday (on booking and when we were seated) barely got an acknowledgement. We were all really hungry so we ordered some bread as a starter and it came AFTER our food. Food, well every dish was lukewarm at best. Risotto, pasta, all cold... Most dishes lacked flavour and we were very disappointed given it was 4.7 rating. Mentioned to staff, they didn't care :( Our wine was nice.

   A beautiful intimate restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was brilliant. Will be visiting again very soon.

    We were fortunate to secure an inside bar sitting for 1845 having booked via Opentable at 1800 on a Saturday night. When arrived we were told we’d be sitting at the bar over looking the cooks. Obviously not comfortable with this and waiter and person in charge were extremely understanding and managed to seat us at a table. Service, food and ambiance were first rate. Bit pricey but top quality food and staff.
