   The pappardelle was undercooked and quite hard, but the rest of the food was excellent. However, the biggest disappointment was the service—our drinks took an hour to arrive, and we had to wait a total of one and a half hours to finally start enjoying our pasta. By then, we were starving and had completely lost the Christmas spirit.

   From what seemed like a very accommodating host, that quickly changed when we were rushed to order, given barely any time to choose and told what we should be ordering. The host was so pushy and basically changed my mother’s order with no explanation- we assumed they had sold out of the fish she had asked for. Then they said they ran out of the cocktail I wanted and had no Tiramisu or Pannacotta, then we urged to pay our bill and leave. My husband did tell the owner how disappointed he was, the owner did apologise but for $750 for 6 people and a child that only ate off of our plates it was a massive disappointment.

   As a part of 12, we were very well looked after despite how busy it was in the pre-Christmas lunch rush. Food was authentic and delicious and the overall ambience of Quando Quando is lively and upbeat. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back!

    I'm disappointed with my experience as I expected great things after seeing reviews of Quando Quando. The food was tasty, but nothing outstanding. The service was beyond poor. I walked in at a pretty quiet time and told them I had a booking. The waiter thought it was appropriate to assume I was with the only other person of Asian descent in the restaurant, rather than asking for the name of the booking. This was made worse by a waitress nearby laughing at his mishap. I received no apology. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you're a fan of racial microaggressions.
