          Nos sentaron en una mesa que adaptaron y fue bastante incomodo por el poco espacio que teníamos, chocaban los respaldos con losnotros comensales. En cuanto a la comida, nos parecio buena de sabor, precio justo y un servicio con áreas de oportunidad, sin embargo, valdría darle otra oportunidad para valorar el servicio.

          We all loved everything! The food, the staff, the ambiance. We dined here on Christmas Eve and the restaurant was very crowded and the noise level was high-but it did not detract from the overall feeling that we definitely got great service, delicious food, and all of it at a very reasonable price.

          We had a great meal. Many interesting choices on the menu and everything we selected tasted great. Saken was our server and did a great job. He was attentive and helpful. One of our party is gluten free and he went above and beyond expectations to accommodate. Fun place for a meal out.

          Every bit of our experience was perfection. We were a party of six and enjoyed Caesar salad, arugula salad, fettuccine Alfredo, penne a la vodka, meatballs, quatro formaggi pizze, tiramisu, vanilla gelato/strawberry (can’t remember the name… and espresso martinis… all amazing. Service was great. We will be back.

          When you make a reservation, please do not expect to be seated exactly at that time. On two occasions, when I had reservations, I waited nearly 30 minutes to be seated, and then on most recent occasion, about 10 minutes. I don’t have any complaints about the food. The food was very good. Our server was not the most attentive, but other personnel was.

          Everything about this place is crowded, from the moment you walk in. There are too many tables for the space. We were seated at a 4-top at the top of the stairs. My chair got bumped every time someone passed by, whether other diners or staff. But the food was delicious!

          Very disappointing. I haven’t been here in years and everything has gone down hill. We were served our entrees after waiting 2 hours. Two adults and two kids. They never brought by daughter’s pasta. The gnocchi tasted like hard rocks. The polenta fries were dry and flavorless. It was so bad I don’t think we can ever go back. So many good restaurants in Chicago- don’t waste your time here.
