   The restaurant experience was wonderful however the live music was extremely loud. I enjoyed the music selection and the singer was good. The only problem was the sound level of the speakers. We reserved and received a table inside. The live music was outside but the doors were open so we may as well have been sitting outside. I mentioned to our server that I was unable to hear her due to the loud music. The server offered to have the sound turned down. The live music ended very soon after. It was not my intention to end the music but it was nice being able to talk with my family at dinner.

   We had a date night dinner before going to a show at Bass Hall at Quince. We loved every dish we got: The Surf and Turf roll Hamachi Frida roll The French Dip Lamb Dumplings The S&T and Lamb Dumplings were great recommendations from our waiter Gabe, who did a great job. Loved the view of the river from the second story balcony also!

   French toast was not as soft as usual. Ceviche was excellent. Waiter, maybe names Justin, was attentive and engaging.

   Food was poor quality, fried rice was mushy, tasteless, almost like frozen dinner rice that was just thawed out taste.

   Service staff needs more training with attention to detail and bring on a personal touch to even smaller request- not enough water, refills or condiment follow up observed- food is great regardless-

    Disappointed we booked a patio table and was not accommodated with what we reserved. Yet they continued to seat additional parties outside. The online menu differs from the in-house menu they hand you when it comes to cocktails, which was disappointing as both drinks I tried to order were no longer offered. Indoors the noise level makes it impossible to hear those at your table. Food was excellent and our server did a good job. Just not as good as our previous visits.
