Chefs Rafael Lopez & Ben Hughes opened a small intimate Bistro with flavour lead and produce driven food. Local farms are visited daily to gather ingredients to create dishes with. Fine dining in a relaxed dining room. Located on Westgate High street amongst other independent shops and a short walk from the sea front. The Restaurant features in both the Michelin Guide & the Good Food Guide, and is listed in the top 100 restaurants in the UK.

Great local restaurant run by people who know what they’re doing. Service is excellent, the menu is not too big but has something for everyone, the food is beautifully cooked and the wine list is interesting. We will be back.

My family and I had a wonderful evening at Quince. The variety of food choice is very good to serve all tastes. The staff are very attentive whilst the atmosphere is very welcoming.

Had a three course meal and every course was truly outstanding. The service was very good and the waiters were helpful and attentive. I can't recommend this restaurant enough.
