T2D Concepts, the purpose-driven hospitality group led by chef Tiffany Derry and Tom Foley, has cooked up its latest concept, Radici Wood-Fired Grill. Meaning “roots” in Italian, Radici draws inspiration from Tiffany's early experiences in Italian restaurants, Tom's maternal heritage, and both Tiffany and Tom's travels through Italy. The menu changes based on seasonal availability and centers around meats and vegetables prepared in a wood-fired grill and a selection of fresh pastas made daily.

For Tom, one of the founders of Radici, he remembers enjoying the food-filled, conversation-filled Sundays, sitting around the table, laughing, sharing experiences, and enjoying each other's company. And his mom, in the Italian tradition, served food as if she "was feeding an army." Join us on the first Sunday of every month. Our Chefs will serve varied dishes for you to enjoy.     Chef Tiffany invited two celebrity chefs to come cook with her. The food these three chefs prepared was amazing. The staff was personable and skilled. The entire team at Radici treated us to a memorable dining experience.

    Wow! The Chef Lee, Chef Shota, and Chef Tiffany Derry celebration had to have the best event to date and we’ve been to 90% of all Chef Tiffany’s Roots or Radicci’s events!! Starting with agadori chicken follow by the kimchi pancakes made by Chef Shota got our appetites going!!Next, the star of the menu was a unique blue ocean mariculture fish that was simply out of this world delicious and I’m not much of a fish eater!!! The braised ribs by our neighborly Oklahoma Chef Kevin Lee would not be outdone because his ribs were off the hook wonderful!! For dessert we had a tasty tasty passion fruit mousse. So yummy. Of course, the chefs were all gracious and spent time talking with us and taking pictures. A dining night for the books!!

    We went to Radici for the first time, celebrating a birthday. I can sum up our experience with “YUM”! The restaurant was packed and very noisy, but still had a wonderful cozy feel. We were seated right in front of the kitchen, which I didn’t really like at first but it was fascinating watching Chef Derry and her staff manage the high volume of orders! They work very hard but seem to have fun too. Our waiter Jason was terrific, attentive and informative. He brought us a celebratory birthday drink on the house. He told us the story behind Radici and how Chef Derry intended people to share dishes for the full experience. We followed that track and shared the Polpette (meatballs - delicious) and the Tomato Bruschetta (the crunch combined with the freshness of the tomatoes was amazing!) with our Rossini and Limoncello martini cocktails. For entrees we shared the Pollo Alla Griglia and the Lobster All’ Astice with a nice bottle of red wine. The chicken was delicious, especially with the accompanying greens and sauce. Not to take anything away from the chicken, but the lobster & crab ravioli was by far the star of the night. I’m not even a ravioli fan but the filling, the homemade pasta and the sauce were so scrumptious, I fought my husband for the last one! We were too stuffed for dessert so we finished our dinner with a limoncello, which is made in house and reminded us of the limoncello we had along the Amalfi Coast in Italy. I wish we could have bought a bottle of it! The food was so good that I would order all of the dishes again, but we’ll probably try some of the other great looking dishes we saw come out of the kitchen on our next visit to Radici!

    First time and will not be our last!! Food was amazing!!! From the bruschetta and pepperoni salad for appetizers to fabulous lobster ravioli, bolognese homemade pasta halibut and pork chop…best meal I can remember!! And the tiramisu is out of this world!! We felt like family by the warm welcome from the host to the owner Tom stopping for novel conversation. Highly recommend!!

    What an awesome find!!! Highly recommend the Bloody Mary’s one of the best we’ve EVER had. It’s almost like a meal in itself….asparagus, candied bacon, olive, cheese, salami are the toppers, totally YUM! 😋 we also had the focaccia scramble….it was absolutely delicious. Our server was great too! We will definitely be back! A little pricey but well worth the trip!

    We met Chef Tiffany. What a beautiful person. We witnessed her cooking with her team. It was my sisters bday who is a huge Chef Tiffany fan. After dinner Chef Tiffany met with us snd visited. Great chef and a good person. The food was phenomenal. The service was welcoming and impeccable. We will be back.

    We had another delightful meal at Radici! Shanece, Radici’s manager, is always so welcoming with her beautiful smile! The chicken Parmesan and pork tenderloin were so delicious! And the cocktails were amazing! Our waitress, Maddie, was attentive and fun! We can’t wait to return for another scrumptious meal!
