   What a great dining experience in this hidden gem in puerto vallarta. The service, the ambiance and the great food created an incredible and memorable experience. Every dish was creative and amazing. The lobster was amazingly prepared and so was everything else. The three in front of the restaurant and roots of the three in the floor of the entrance make an incredibly beautiful entry and first impression. With that said the food is the center of the experience. All the dishes we had were amazing, pared with incredible wine. Go a little out of the way and try this amazing restaurant ! It’s an incredible and differentiated experience.

   This was our first visit to Raices and it was extremely pleasant. The menu is interesting, with many items that you are pleasantly surprised to see at a high end restaurant (brisket sandwich, with incredibly good bread), the service is immaculate, the setting (we ate on the patio) is lovely and quiet. The only startling item is the glass floor entrance, but remember to ask about it and how it relates to the restaurant's name and all will be resolved. This is a great addition to the restaurants of Puerto Vallarta.

   Beautiful dishes and incredible place to dine. Team was very attentive and cared about your experience. Ordered the caprese salad, duo of empanadas, free form lasagna, and tuna special- all of which were great. I also had several of the watermelon mint mocktail and it’s the most deliciously hydrating drinks around!

   An absolutely poetic experience! This charming, renovated cottage is home to one of the best restaurants in puerto vallarta. After your first visit you will crave warm sour dough bread, lamb quesadillas, New York steak and rolled potatoes - Smokey hot from the brick oven. And don’t miss the house made desserts like lavender and mango baked Alaska and much more.

   Después de leer sus reseñas decidimos celebrar aniversario de boda (36 años) en raíces…la experiencia rebasó nuestras expectativas, el servicio y el ambiente fueron de primera, sobrio, sencillo con buen gusto La comida espectacular, de los 8 platillos no pudimos elegir el mejor, la fusión de sabores fue excelente, tenemos años viniendo a Vallarta, raíces es de los mejores lugares donde hemos cenado

   We have been to Raices approximately 4 times and every single time they hit it out of the park. The only reason we have not been there more is because we only live in PV part time. The menu is amazenly creative. We had soft shell crab tacos with kimchee. I was hesitant, but like everything I have eaten there, it was crazy delicious. We have the bread appetizer every time we go there as the egg plant dip and the pate are over the moon delicious. I have had their new york steak and the ribeye and I normally try to steer away from red meat, but i find it hard not to eat one of the best red meats I have eaten. The service is comparable to white glove service but with a more casual eclectic feel. You have to go to this place… oh by the way the wine list and cocktails are incredible as well. Enjoy!👍🏼

   This was my first time visiting this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Our waiter was amazing with just enough service--not overbearing and not inattentive--just right! We has a ceviche appetizer that was a clam ceviche. It was beautifully prepared with a nice habanero kick to it but I didn't love the clams. They didn't stand up to the marinate but any disappointment ended there. Our entrees were both perfectly cooked and prepared. We had a short rib ravioli that was a five star dish and a pork marinated in a citrus habanero. It was also fantastic but there short rib ravioli was so good I doubt anything could have topped it. Everyone was very professional and this place caters to upscale PV so don't go in expecting a cheap meal and tacos. It's not that.
