   I had a lovely time at the Rail house in particular as It was my birthday and I was sang happy birthday by one of the main waiters, Salomon ( I believe is his name). He was super attentive and felt like me and many customers got a lot of attention from him. Very professional and emotionally very warm towards all the customers. A great happy birthday evening!

   Nice and cozy restaurant. Great service. Good good quality but portions too small, making then quite expensive.

   Ordered the Soul burger and it was particularly dry even with the sauce in the burger. Chips were nice and not overdone. Staff at the front who greeted us was polite, and friendly, same with the manager who shook our hand on the way out and thanked us for our custom, which was a nice touch. Table service was average as it felt like the waitress was on auto pilot mode and could do with a smile. Forgot to bring my guest tap water too. Not sure I’d be returning in a hurry.

   It's a stunning restaurant but the service is terrible. This is the second time I've been for a meeting and I wanted to give it another chance. Our first experience wasn't great either. The service was terribly slow and I had my hand in the air several times trying to flag staff down to order. I ordered tea and sent it back as it was cold. I was told certain staff can do certain things. I ordered the avocado on sourdough and it was the flattest slice of bread to be presented with. I added salmon on the side and it was 3 tiny squares for £6. 3 breakfasts & 3 teas and the bill was over £60. We waited ages to pay. When the waiter came over with the card machine he somewhat drifted his attention to another table and I was left holding the card machine. The whole experience was an anti climax for the amount we paid

   Had the pork Sunday roast and OMG! So delish. Highly recommend. All the additional sauces and dips added to it. Amazing atmosphere. Solomon went above and beyond. Thank you. We had a wonderful Sunday lunch.

   We enjoyed our meal but were rushed out at the end - I’d booked for 11am until 1pm and was asked to leave just after 12. This was disappointing as it was special occasion and we had to go elsewhere afterwards.

    Always great experience at Rail House. Something for everyone’s tastes. Very accommodating for babies in high chairs, space for prams etc
