   No seating anywhere while you wait. Very crowded. For our 2 person reservation, we were seated at a very small table in which we had difficulty having our serving food dishes, plates and drinks all on this table. The chair in which I sat was very wobbly and I felt that if I moved much I would be on the floor. I had to ask for napkins, then ask for silverware in which only a fork was given. Then I had to ask for a knife. My glass of water was only refilled once just before we were ready to leave. The waiter never asked if we wanted a container to go as we only ate half of our orders. He just took the food away. I haven't been to this place in a long time and I have no desire to return.

   The worst service I have ever received in my life. People in front and the terrible server (Rachelanne). I went for my father's birthday and our plan was to order a cake at the end of our lunch, but we hadn't even finished eating and Rachelanne had already brought the check, literally our plates were almost full and she didn’t care, we wasn’t able to order the cake. It's unpleasant to go celebrate something and have a good time and not even be allowed to eat what you ordered!

   Experience was fun for the kids; food was not super great and a little over priced. Our waiter was wonderful.

   It is what it is, a place for the kids and it does well keeping that in mind. Price is fairly high for quality of food. But again, it’s an entertaining place for the kids. If you are looking for better than average food for the price you’ll pay, this might not be the place you’re looking for.

   Started out great. Table was ready 15 minutes early. We left an hour and forty five minutes later. Too long to sit waiting for food. Told they were plating out food not once but twice. Finally, twenty minutes later the food came. Some of our food was hotter than others. We had a party of ten which included 2-2 yr olds, 1-9 yr old and a 13 yr old. We don’t drink and it was not a good experience. A party of seven came in after us and had their food and almost done before we did. Rainforest gave us the volcano dessert for an apology.

   Food=meh Service=yay! Reservations: Plan to wait 40-50 minutes after your arrival time before you get seated. Plan accordingly.

   Food was over priced and extremely low quality. Staff was unfriendly and inattentive. Will not be back.
