   Everything was top notch from the moment we stepped in. Our server Jeremy was excellent; so friendly, outgoing, and had great recommendations. All support staff was outstanding as well. Ok now about the food...we started with the oysters...wow! They were from B.C. and were perhaps the creamiest, most buttery oysters we've ever had. They were not large oysters, but packed full of flavor and wonderful texture. We had the crispy eggplant as a side and we were so surprised by this dish. Unexpectedly amazing. Lightly battered small chunks...fried to delicate perfection! For our main dishes, we had the crispy salmon (crispy was an understatement...perfectly moist and tender with amazing crisp skin topper) and Chef Ramsey's specialty, Beef Wellington. As expected, it was perfection...literally melt in your mouth goodness. Highly recommend, this experience was fantastic!

   Service is perfect. We had a party of 8. 5 Wellingtons, 1 Roast, Chicken and a Salmon. Everyone was very happy with their entree, desert and wine selection. Staffa was extremely attentive and a water glass was never half full. The only singular miss was the tomato ricotta salads. Tomato was hard and flavorless. It was also completely unseasoned and really needed salt. I was pleasantly surprised we were able to get a reservation on short notice and it was an amazingly remarkable dining experience

   We wanted to make a reservation after walking by one evening and we made one for the following weekend. We already had an idea for what to order, the Beef Wellington and the Scallops. We arrived early so we sat at the bar for a cocktail before our reservation, the cocktails were nothing to write home about other than the high price value of the cocktails, we had an espresso martini and the margarita on the menu. While at the bar, it was mentioned that the Veal was one of the best dishes on the menu and was highly suggested, we are considering changing our dinner choices at this point. Once we were seated at our table we placed our dinner order. When I ordered the scallops, it was recommended to order them as a starter- so we did that and it allowed me to order the Veal and my partner order the Wellington. The Wellington and the Scallops to die for! The Veal, was most definitely the upsell for the evening, very under seasoned and over hyped by the staff. The seating along the out outer part of the restaurant does not provide an intimate setting as to what would be expected of fine dining, there were quite a few times where the people passing by were loud and interruptive, also there is no bathroom for restaurant guests only, you must use the bathrooms within the casino near the nigh clubs. 5/10 overall experience would not willingly return for a personal evening.

   Food for presentation was lovely. The food so delicious. We had the Beef Wellington, Filet, Chicken Milanese , carrots and potatoes Everything was so delicious Our bus boy rocked it for his service. I loved his “my pleasure”. Very nice young man. Great evening.

   The food was amazing but our server was 10 stars out of 5! Just the perfect amount of friendly interaction and was always there when needed!

   The experience was less than I expected from a high end restaurant. The beef Wellington was cold and my wife’s fillet was cold as well. The dessert pudding was dry and tasted old. A bad experience.

   Overpriced! You are buying a name when coming here not the quality of food. Hot wings from hell was an understatement, damn near couldn’t eat these pepper wings that came 4 to an order for $30. Very mediocre. The shrimp cocktail again was $30 and came with 4 prawns that were very basic. The caesar salad for $20 was the most basic salad you can purchase, just because you cover it with Parmesan doesn’t make it great. The beef Wellington is OVERRATED! The staple to a Ramsey restaurant did not live to the hype. I will not be coming back to this restaurant nor will I have a go at another Ramsey restaurant.

   My wife and I ordered the raw oysters as a starter and immediately said it didn’t taste right. We finished the oysters and about 40 minutes later got our dinners. They were alright, had it not been for the semi glaze, the beef Wellington didn’t have any flavor at all. Within an hour an 15 minutes or so, my wife got ill and ended up not being able to keep her dinner down. Day later she still feels tired and lethargic.

    Beautiful table wonderful waiters. We were so happy to be there. Then my sister got the prime rib. It looked so beautiful, but she couldn’t even cut it with three different knives then she sent it back and it came out as a skinny little piece of meat that was too well done very disappointing.
